2 This AFMAN applies to individuals at all levels who operate Air FORCE (AF) aircraft (manned and unmanned), to include civilian and uniformed members of the Regular Air FORCE , Air FORCE Reserve and Air National Guard, and pilots assigned to other services or from other nations. Individual aircraft flight manuals should provide detailed instructions required for specific aircraft instrumentation or characteristics. Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with AFMAN 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with the Air FORCE Disposition Schedule located in the Air FORCE Records Information Management System.

3 Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the office of primary responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command. This publication may not be supplemented or further implemented/extended. The authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier ( T-0, T-1, T-2, or T-3 ) number following the compliance statement.
