Welcome to What happens next? , an introduction to Career Resources for displaced team members who are eligible for salary continuation. We realize this is a challenging time for you. Whether you transition into another role within Wells fargo , into a short-term assignment or into a role outside of the company, Wells fargo will support you through this time of transition. That is why we want to make you aware of the three Career resource tools available to you to enhance your job search and to assist you through your transition. You will learn what they can offer you, when they are available and how to access them. Let s begin by introducing you to the portal to all these Resources Teamworks at home.

3 Teamworks at home As a team member on working notice, you will continue to have access to Teamworks, our internal web portal to Career and benefit sites. When you are on non-working notice and Salary Continuation Leave, you have access to a unique version of Teamworks for displaced team members . Teamworks at home gives you access to many of the password-protected online tools and Resources you are used to finding on Teamworks, such as Jobs, Pay Voucher, Direct Deposit, W-2, W-4, Your Benefits and Personal Information tools. When you access one of these password protected sites, look for sign-on instructions on the Sign-On page. You will need to change your log in ID when you begin your Salary Continuation Leave. You will be using your Wells fargo employee id instead of your AD-ENT or A number. The Jobs tool through Teamworks at home lists full-time positions as well as temporary short-term assignments, also known as STAR.

4 These STAR assignments are available for displaced team members . Teamworks at home also includes the displaced team Member support site. This site links to information about the Career Resources in this document. Let s focus on these Resources now. Alternative deliver document What happens next? Wells fargo & Company Internal Use Only January 2016 3 Career connection team The Career Connection team is available to support you as you seek new positions internally and to work through the displacement process. The team is your primary internal point of contact. The team can connect you to the internal departments and Resources you may use during your transition. Your connection The Career Connection team wants to connect with you. As your primary point of contact, your Career Connection Consultant is your conduit.

5 Your consultant can give you guidance or just be there to listen and provide feedback for ideas you may have for your Career . The consultant provides navigational support for the job application process or helps you locate opportunities for your skill set. Also, the consultant provides ideas on how to network, which is key to a successful job search. Your consultant is an experienced Wells fargo recruiter. He or she knows the Wells fargo hiring manager needs. Together, you and your Career Connection Consultant can formulate your job search strategy. By working with hiring managers and recruiters, the Career Connection team strives to make your candidate experience a positive one. You can contact the team at any time during your notice period and Salary Continuation Leave. What do they do? How does the Career Connection team help you?

6 The consultants with the Career Connection team are here to help you navigate through the internal job-posting process. They can answer your questions about how the process works or how to post for a job in the internal Jobs online tool. Your Career Connection Consultant will provide and explain the Career Connection resource Guide. This guide includes information on resume writing, interviewing and helpful tips and reminders. At your request, your consultant can help you resolve outstanding job-posting issues, such as seeking explanations for selection decisions. They cannot influence the manager s hiring decisions. Your consultant cannot seek jobs for you. Your consultant cannot create your resume or coach you through every interview. You will learn later in this presentation about your Career Transition Services vendor who is ideally suited for in-depth consultations.

7 Alternative deliver document What happens next? Wells fargo & Company Internal Use Only January 2016 4 Career connection team , continued Your Career Connection Consultant can point you to the right people who can answer questions about your salary, PTO or retirement benefits. For these questions, your consultant will refer you to the HR Service Center. Your consultant also can direct you to the people who will answer your questions about your health insurance or guide you to counselors. For example, your consultant will refer you to Employee Assistance Consulting to help you manage this difficult time or direct you to HR Service Center that can answer questions about health insurance benefits. (1-877-HR-WELLS). The Career Connection team is ready to help you get started. Ready and waiting for you You have access to the team from the first day of your notice period through the end of your Salary Continuation Leave.

Wells fargo & Company Internal Use Only January 2016 5 Short-Term Assignment resource (STAR) While you are assessing your opportunities, you may want to consider pursuing a short-term assignment within Wells fargo . These opportunities are available through the Short-Term Assignment resource or STAR program, which is open only to team members whose positions have been eliminated. You are eligible to start a STAR assignment during your non-working notice or Salary Continuation Period. Short-term assignments range in duration from four weeks to 18 months. You can be assigned to multiple short-term assignments as long as they do not total more than 18 months, the maximum allowed.

9 Benefits of STAR Participating in the STAR program has many benefits. When you are on Salary Continuation Leave, you are not accumulating PTO. You are not eligible for short-term and long-term disability benefits, 401K before tax matching contributions or able to contribute to your 401K. While on a STAR assignment, you can participate in these benefit programs. During short-term assignments, your Salary Continuation Pay and Salary Continuation Leave are suspended or placed on hold. When you have completed your STAR assignment, your non-working notice period or Salary Continuation Leave resumes for the remaining time, in accordance with the terms of Wells fargo s Salary Continuation Pay Plan. While on a STAR assignment, you have more time to find a regular job. In addition you will possibly gaining new skills in another line of business.

10 For example, Nicole accepted a year-long STAR position starting January 1, 2016. Her salary continuation leave pay is placed on hold for that entire time. She is paid for her STAR position, while she continues to accrue PTO and make 401K contributions. She also continues to look for a regular position inside and outside of Wells fargo . Once the assignment ends, Nicole s Salary Continuation Pay and Salary Continuation Leave resumes. What would happen if Nicole decided to decline the assignment? Nothing. Her Salary Continuation Leave continues and she can still apply for other STAR assignments. Participating in the STAR program will extend your benefits and work experience with Wells fargo . STAR assignments give you the opportunity to develop new skills, enhance your current skills, make connections within different lines of business and expand your network within the company.
