All items must be in unopened packages. Timeframe for return is 90 days from shipment date. Merchandise returned within 30 days will receive full credit. Merchandise returned within 31-90 days will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Boston Scientific Corporation will not authorize returns after 90 days from date of purchase. All merchandise returned to Boston Scientific Corporation must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or invoice enclosed with the original shipment. The Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be clearly marked on the shipping container. Merchandise returned without an RGA number will not be accepted or considered returned.
