1 CLJ-CMS Project IT Technical Compatibility Requirements for Courts As your court's scheduled kick-off date approaches, the CLJ-CMS Project Team wants to ensure you are set up for success in every way. A lot of information has recently been shared in our newsletter at the court business level, and one of our goals is to keep you equally well informed about the Technical side of court business. To help with that, we are providing a single document for your IT staff to review so they can appropriately plan for the implementation of Enterprise Justice (formerly called Odyssey) as well. The information contained in this document will help answer the following questions (please see each separate worksheet as indicated): Are your computers ready for Enterprise Justice (formerly called Odyssey), Enterpirse Supervision (formerly called Tyler Supervision), and eFile & Serve (formerly called Odyssey File &. Serve)? (Workstation Requirements ). Do you have the right version of supporting software?

2 (Software & Peripheral Devices). Do you have the right number and kind of printers, scanners, cash drawers, Have them pay close attention to this area as there may be budgeting and timing impacts. (Software &. Peripheral Devices) (Other Devices). In general terms, you want to let your IT support know that you will need to be well on the road to readiness by the time your court holds your implementation kick off meeting with the Project team. We recommend you have all the necessary hardware and software about six months ahead of your implementation go-live. (Please see our CLJ-CMS roll out schedule on our website.) The Requirements listed in this document indicate the minimum Technical specifications needed to be compatible with the programs listed above. Under the "Software and Peripheral Devices" worksheet, you will see a list of equipment marked "Fully Optional" - you are not required to purchase these devices in order to use the systems.

"Compatible" refers to a hardware device that meets stated Odyssey Compatibility Requirements without any software customization or QA testing. End user is responsible for selection, evaluation and testing of brands and models to ensure that client-specific business processes and performance needs are met.
