3 Net invoices reflect gross purchases of Bridgestone and/or Firestone radial passenger and light truck tires less the following: 1) All tire returns2) Sales policy and claim adjustment credits 3) National Fleet, National Accounts or Government credits 4) All taxes5) Freight and/or handling charges 6) Freight allowances7) CO-OP accruals will not be reduced by any volume bonus accrual/paymentUTILIZATION OF ACCRUALSA. 4 Bridgestone and/or Firestone logo must be included in advertising containing Bridgestone Associate Brands. Bridgestone Associate Brands must not exceed 50% of the advertised Bridgestone and Firestone product space.* CO-OP accruals do NOT apply to Bridgestone or Firestone commercial light truck tires and cannot be used to reimburse for advertising related to such tires. 8 When advertising in color, please submit ad in color to ensure proper logo note that when submitting an ad for pre-approval, you must allow D M Services one to two business days for a response to your pre-approval request regardless of advertising deadlines.
