They can: Complete a Community Sport and Recreation COVIDSafePlan (mandatory)OR Update their existing voluntary Return to Play Planto align with the m andatory COVIDSafePlan template has been customised to assist sport and recreation facility owners and operators, State Sporting Associations (SSAs), National Sporting Organisations (NSOs) and peak sport and recreation bodies to prepare a CSR COVIDSafePlan that incorporates the m andated COVIDS afeprinciples.

3 CSR COVIDSafePlans can be adopted and implemented by leagues, associations and sport and recreation workplaces, venues/facilities, associations and clubs will be responsible for completing the CSR COVIDSafePlan and ensuring it is implemented at open workplaces, venues and support communication with local government authorities as Community sport facility/venue owners and their members, SSAs will be asked to upload a copy of their CSR COVIDSafePlan on their website and make it available upon order to be compliant with public health directions, plans must: Align with the directions issued by the Victorian Chief Health Officer Provide com plete res ponses and the required s upporting documentation Account for the current perm itted level of sport or recreation activity in your plan and identify how your plan will res pond to changes in permitted levels of activity.

4 Ensure that activity resumption does not compromise the health of individuals or the Community In addition to com pleting a CSR COVIDSafePlan, you are still required to meet your obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004. You must comply with a request to present or modify your CSR COVIDSafePlan,if directed to do so,by an AuthorisedOfficer or WorkSafe Ins pector. In addition to the general res trictions for all bus inesses, s ome industries require additional obligations due to a higher trans mission the latest inf ormation on restrictions in Victoria, to develop your CSR COVIDSafePlan1.

5 Understand your responsibilitiesInf ormation on public health directions applying to organisationsis available at Prepare your planBelow is theCSR COVIDSaf ePlan template w hich you w ill need to complete. The CSR COVIDSaf ePlan is grouped into six COVIDSaf physical a f ace records and act quickly if participants, volunteers or organisersbecome unw interactions in enclosed w orkf orce/activity bubblesWhen completing your plan, under the actions column of each COVIDSaf eprinciple, you must outline the actions you w ill take to meet the listed requirement.

6 You w ill note that if you are in a restricted or heavily restricted industry, additional requirements may apply. If you do not believe a requirement applies to your activity, it should be marked N/A w ith an explanation about w hy it does not requirements under public health direction feature this sym bol: All other points are highly recommended f or keeping your participants, volunteers, organisersand members saf e and venues/f acilities open, but are not mandatory. Some of the requirements in the CSR COVIDSaf ePlan may not apply to your organisationor club.

7 Where the requirement does not apply to your organisationor club it should be marked N/A (not applicable).3. Keep your plan up-to-dateYour CSR COVIDSaf ePlan must be review ed and updated routinelyand w hen restrictions or public health advice changes. Organisationsw ith multiple venues/f acilities must complete a CSR COVIDSaf ePlan f or each w do not have to lodge your CSR COVIDSaf ePlan w ith the Victorian Government, how ever,you may need to provide your CSR COVIDSaf ePlan toan Authorised Of f iceror WorkSaf e Inspector upon request, orin the eventof a conf irmed positive case at your w orkplace.

8 There w ill be virtual and physical inspections as w ell as desktop audits to ensure the implementat ionofand compliance w ith yourCSR COVIDSaf Share your planYour participants, volunteers, organisersand members need to be f amiliar w ith this plan. 9 Ensure physical distancing RequirementsActionYou must ensure participants, v olunteers and organisers are metres apart as much as possible. This can be done by: Modifying sporting activities to ensure participants remain metres apart where possible except when engaging in physical activity permitted under the Chief Health Officer directions ( contact sport where permitted). Displaying signs to show patron limits at the entrance of enclosed areas where limits apply (where use of indoor areas are permitted under the restrictions) Informing organisers and volunteers to work from home wherever possible Note that where physical recreation facilities are permitted to open for classes for members of the public, specific additional requirements apply such as staggering class times.
