4 GRUPTRANS cannot be held responsible for late delivery of such shipments. Fumigation is required for all WPM (Wood Packing Material) Exhibits must be packed in accordance with the international transport standards. Pictures of machine or items declared on invoice must be attached to pre-alert also pictures must be sticked on outer package with model name and serial nr of machine to avoid any damage on outer package during the inspection at customs. 1) GUIDE TO CORRECT DOCUMENTATION : Our attached invoice form s are to be used ; Temporary Importation only with ATA Carnet GRUPTRANS must be written in section B of the ATA Carnet, The name of the exhibition is to be indicated in section C.

5 2) Power Of Attorney is an obligation if GRUPTRANS is not written in section B of ATA carnet, POA must be legalized by the local Chamber of Commerce of the ATA holder DOCUMENTATION FOR DEFINITIVE IMPORT: Commercial Invoice & Packing list (1 original + 1 copy) EUR (for EEC countries originated shipments), Certificate of Origin (for non EEC countries only) Literatures, consumables, giveaways: Some giveaways might be subject to restriction, therefore please contact us with detailed list of goods for pre-check. In absence of original commercial invoice (Temp/Perm) or in case commercial invoice is wrongly issued, than 75,00 EURO is charged additioanlly as documentation fee. Commercial Invoice & Packing List can be combined as one document provided that they clearly indicate dimensions, weight, harmonized codes, and serial numbers of all goods & contents of each package and itemized pricing. Temporary & Definitive goods are recommended to be packed separately to avoid time loss during physical inspection Please do not send any kind of goods which are not declared on the Invoice.

6 Wrong declaration may cause confiscation of whole shipment. CE certificate is required for goods which will be sold after the show. Please note that liquid, food stuff, as well as any item what is getting in touch with food stuff (cup, glass, plate, fork ) is subjeuct to health certificate and does have it s special deadlines and additional charges, Flag s, knifes, games-game cards, map s, mesurement equipments do have special control operation and a special permission must be requested does have additional charges and it s special deadlines All goods are subject to customs examination by customsofficers at the inbound and outbound clerance 3) INSURANCE : It is recommended that exhibitors carry an all-risk insurance policy for their goods as well as crates from point of departure through the final destination and covers the transit period as well as the exhibition mantling/dismantling. GRUPTRANS can not be held responsible by the insurance agent or exhibitor /shipper in any case 4) Cuurrier shipments It is not recommended to use a courier service.

7 In case of sending a courier shipment unfortunatly we will not be able to assist in clerance unless they will follow all shipping instructions. 5) General Conditions: 1. All charges will be calculated on the basis of 1 cbm = 333 kgs, 1 LDM = 5 cbm , over 8 LDM is considered as full truck shipment 2. All third party costs such as -but not limited to- Customs delivery order/Ordino, THC, port charges, customs storage charges, local transport, demurrages, customs overtime charges, duty, tax, vat etc. will be debited as per outlay plus 5% (min 20,00 Euro) 3. Exhibitors are free to use their own shipping companies followed by the export clearance and loading after the closing dates. In case return shipping instructions have not been given by exhibitor /forwarding agents until the end of exhibition and/or carriers do not pick up during dismantling period the exhibits will be transported to GRUPTRANS warehouse. Additional storage, handling and transport charges to warehouse will be debited.

8 4. This tariff is applicable only for pre-checked and confirmed general cargo. Oversize shipments, dangerous goods, textile products, petroleum products, foodstuff & liquids will be quoted separately, upon request. 5. For the trailers that will be cleared in the border customs of KAPIKULE or IPSALA, Euro 350,00 / ATA carnet will be debited. 6. Unpacking-packing, container grounding, positioning charges will be debited additionally, based on additional labour and equipment charges 7. Handling m/m is 2 cbm, for upper and lower floor will be increased 25% on general handling charges. 8. It is not allowed to change the merchandise of the temporarily imported goods. In the exhibition ground, retail sale or give away of temporarily imported goods is strictly forbidden. The legal selling process only starts when GRUPTRANS deliver the goods to customs with sale notation. 9. Definitively/permanently imported goods have no possibility for return in any case.

9 10. On all documents exhibitor name, hall/ Stand number and exhibition details must be indicated. 11. Either exhibitor or owner of the shipment must be present during reloading and supervise the operation otherwise Gruptrans can not be held responsible for any damage due to placing of the cases/crates or the loose cargo. 12. In case Stand delivery is not accompanied by an authorized person on booth, additional handling will be charged depending on the waiting time. Gruptrans can not be held responsible for late delivery under these circumstances. 13. It is understood that you agree to the conditions herein and that you agree to all relevant charges exists in our general tariff. Import & export rules and regulations are subject to alterations without prior notice. Due to the new regulations or changes of customs GRUPTRANS can not be held responsible for delays or confiscation. 14. We will not take any responsibility for the timely delivery of the shipments without prior notification or if the instructions are ignored at any point listed below.

10 We can not clear the exhibits when documents are not complete or wrongly issued. In such cases, entry will be delayed until correct documentation is obtained from the shipper. Please follow the instructions given above to avoid delays and extra expenses. We has right not to clear the cargoes consigned to other companies. Exhibitors have the responsibility of packed and listed goods. In any case of difference, customs clearance will be stopped and all penalties, extra charges will be invoiced without any alert.
