3 Will bedirectly debited to your Bank account on(initiating date)."* This date will be at least two days prior to the duedate to allow for amendment of Direct debits.(b)May, upon the relationship which gave rise tothis Authority being terminated, give notice tothe Bank that no further Direct Debits are to beinitiated under the Authority . Upon receipt ofsuch notice the Bank may terminate thisAuthority as to future payments by notice inwriting to Customer may:-(a)At any time, terminate this Authority as tofuture payments by giving written notice oftermination to the Bank and to the Initiator.(b)Stop payment of any Direct Debit to beinitiated under this Authority by the Initiator bygiving written notice to the Bank prior to thedirect Debit being paid by the Customer acknowledges that:-(a)This Authority will remain in full force andeffect in respect of all Direct debits made fromme/our account in good faith notwithstandingmy/our death, bankruptcy or other revocationof this Authority until actual notice of suchevent is received by the Bank.

4 (b) In any event this Authority is subject to anyarrangement now or hereafter existingbetween me/us and the Bank in relation tomy/our account.(c) Any dispute as to the correctness or validity ofan amount debited to my/our account shallnot be the concern of the Bank except in so faras the Direct Debit has not been paid inaccordance with this Authority . Any otherdisputes lie between me/us and the Initiator.(d) Where the Bank has used reasonable care andskill in acting in accordance with this Authority ,the Bank accepts no responsibility or liability inrespect of:- the accuracy of information about DirectDebits on Bank statements any variations between notices given by theInitiator and the amounts of Direct Debits(e) The Bank is not responsible for, or under anyliability in respect of the Initiator's failure togive written advance notice correctly nor forthe non-receipt or late receipt of notice byme/us for any reason whatsoever.

5 In any suchsituation the dispute lies between me/us andthe Bank may:-(a)In its absolute discretion conclusivelydetermine the order of priority of payment byit of any monies pursuant to this or any otherauthority, cheque or draft properly executedby me/us and given to or drawn on the Bank.(b) At any time terminate this Authority as tofuture payments by notice in writing to me/us.(c) Charge its current fees for this service in forcefrom of this Authority
