Candidates are directed to report for counselling according to given schedule and deposit the fee as per following: Programme Name Fee to be deposited Remark Candidates whose name appeared in the Second Rs. 69,000/- Allotment List of CLAT-2018. (Hons.). Candidates whose name appeared in the Third Rs. 1,19,000/- Allotment List of CLAT-2018. Candidates whose name appeared in the Second Rs. 29,000/- Allotment List of CLAT-2018. Candidates whose name appeared in the Third Rs. 79,000/- Allotment List of CLAT-2018. Apart from the above mentioned fee all the candidates must have to deposit ` 20,000/- towards partial payment of mess fee for the year 2018-19. The fee must be deposited by using State Bank Collect payment gateway. The link of State Bank Collect payment gateway is available on the University website ( ).

3 Fee through State Bank Collect can be paid by using net-banking/Debit/Credit Cards of any bank. The candidates shall be required to enter their Application No. of CLAT-2018 in the column of Enrollment No. while depositing online fee. 2. Candidates who have been offered admission under various reserved categories namely 'SC/ST/OBC of UP' or 'SAP' or 'Sons/daughters of defence personnel deployed in Uttar Pradesh or defence personnel of Uttar Pradesh either retired or killed/disabled in action' or 'Dependents of Freedom Fighters of Uttar Pradesh' are directed to bring with them original certificates in support of their claims for reservation. OBC students must note that Caste certificate to be provided by them should not be older than six months. SC, ST. & OBC Caste Certificate must also be verifiable from the website of Board of Revenue Dependents of Defence Personnel (Retired, killed or disabled in action).

SC/ST/OBC/Unreserved candidates of having family income upto Rupee Two Lac per annum; claiming Scholarship/ Fees Reimbursement shall be required to fill-up their Scholarship/Fee Re-imbursement Form online along with the necessary enclosure ( income certificate (for the financial year 2017-18, caste certificate, photocopy of PAN. card/ITR of parents and affidavit in the prescribed format) through the website ( ). 4. During the counselling the following documents shall be seen in original: a) Proof of payment of Rs. 50,000/- made to CLAT-2018 office towards the counselling fee in case of candidates whose name appear in the second allotment list.

5 B) High School/Secondary School Mark sheet and certificate. c) Mark sheet and certificate of Intermediate/10+2 examinations. d) Mark sheet of final year of , or any other equivalent degree from a recognized university in case of Candidates. e) Conduct/ Character certificate from the Institution/University last attended. f) Transfer/Migration certificate from the Institution/University last attended. g) Five colour photographs (2 passport size & 3 ticket size). h) CLAT-2018 admit card & score card. i) Affidavit for the year gap, if any. j) Income Certificate for SC/ST candidates of UP. Page 2 of 3. k) Valid caste certificate in case of reservation under categories of SC/ST/OBC of UP. (OBC caste certificate should not be more than 6 months old as on the date of counselling).

6 L) One set of self- attested photo copies along with the original certificates/documents as mentioned above. m) admission form duly filled-in and signed by the candidates. n) An Undertaking, in the prescribed format, of acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the admission , signed by the candidates & the parents. o) A prescribed form of particulars for Proctorial Board duly filled and signed by the candidate. The forms mentioned at m, n and o above can be downloaded from the University website. The admission will be provisional and subject to the verification of all the informations'/facts given in the candidate's application form. Failure to report on the notified schedule will lead to the cancellation of the candidature for the admission . Terms & Conditions of the Provisional admission 1.

7 Only High School/10th Standard mark sheet/certificate for proof of age and Intermediate/10+2 exam mark sheet/Grade sheet for ascertaining qualifying percentage of marks shall be accepted for (Hons.) Programme. For Programme, mark sheet/Grade sheet of the final year shall be seen for ascertaining of qualifying marks. No other documents shall be accepted in this regard. 2. The admission of any candidate is liable to be cancelled without giving any further notice forthwith or at any time during the period of the concerned course of study if it is found that the candidate has/had produced fake/forged certificate(s)/document(s) or indulged in any act of misconduct/indiscipline/moral turpitude or has/had concealed any other relevant information at the time of seeking provisional admission .

8 Such a candidate is also liable to be prosecuted under the Law of the land besides being debarred from appearing in any of the Entrance Test of the University in future. 3. Any attempt by the candidate or anyone else on his/her behalf to influence and/or pressurize any authorities/ admission Committee or University directly/indirectly for his/her out of rules admission shall disqualify the candidate from the admission . Such candidates shall also be liable to be prosecuted under the law of the land. 4. The provisional admission of the candidates to the course of study shall be subject to such rules and regulations as may be framed by the University from time to time. 5. admission of the eligible candidates for Specially Abled Person (SAP) category shall be made only on the basis of the certificate issued by the competent Medical Authority.

As directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 600/2015, admissions under SAP Category will be subject to the outcome of the writ petition. 2.
