1 Dynamo swim School Private Lesson Request Effective March 13, 2015 This is a Request for Private lessons only. Private lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to instructor and facility availability. Return this completed form to the Site Director for the Dynamo swim School location where you wish to receive Private lessons. The Site Director will pass your Request to an instructor who will then contact you for scheduling. A certified instructor will notify you WHEN scheduling the Private Lesson is possible. Lessons are scheduled during the facility s public swim hours. Private Lessons are not able to be scheduled during scheduled group lessons. We accept checks and money orders. Checks should be made payable to Dynamo swim Center except at the Buckhead or Dunwoody locations. Credit card payments can be made at the Dynamo swim Center locations as well as the Buckhead or Dunwoody locations. Your attendance and payment for scheduled Private lessons is expected as the time is booked in advance and your time and instructor are reserved.
