WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT CELEBRITY EDGE?Celebrity Edge is the most refined ship at sea and will transform the way people experience the world with its: Transformative Design Transformative Accommodations Transformative Destination Experience WAS THE INSPIRATION FOR CELEBRITY EDGE?One of the biggest influences for Edge was our desire to bring the destination closer to the guest than ever before starting right onboard. Every detail of the ship is designed to be outward-facing.

2 3. HOW WAS THIS SHIP DESIGNED DIFFERENTLY THAN OTHER SHIPS? Celebrity Edge marks a turning point in our approach to ship design. Every step to building the ship was done in 3D design. Using new technology, we were able to fine tune every detail of the ship and create innovative features including the Magic Carpet, private plunge pools in the new Edge Villas and Infinite Verandas. We were able to design the most refined, transformational ship at sea before we even started physically building WHAT IS THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME EDGE?

3 During the two years of exploration before Edge was created, every single design element was taken to the leading edge of possibility so we thought it was a fitting name for a new class of ship and the first ship to be introduced in that class. 5. WHO WILL THE CELEBRITY EDGE GODMOTHER BE AND WHEN WILL THE SHIP BE CHRISTENED? We have not yet announced the Godmother, but we look forward to sharing this news soon. 6. WHO WILL BE THE CAPTAIN OF EDGE? Captain Costas Nestoroudis has been named the captain of Celebrity Edge.

10 HOW WERE THE DESIGNERS FOR EDGE CLASS SHIPS SELECTED?Our visionary approach to the architecture of Celebrity Edge is an important part of the story. Transformative design takes transformative designers. We carefully selected a team of the world s best designers based on their portfolios and, in some cases, their inexperience with cruise ships and cruising. We sought out some designers who were new to the cruise industry because we wanted to ensure every aspect of Edge would be a departure from traditional thinking about cruising.
