TRAINING must be relevant to the individual's job. TRAINING must support performance improvement that will add value to services and it must be seen as a sound investment in the DEVELOPMENT of the Public Service and the economy as a whole. Participants must take part in the TRAINING programs that are relevant to their functions. Detailed information on External/Foreign TRAINING Programs must be kept.
