Ellipsometry - AAU

Ellipsometry is generally a non-invasive, non-destructive measurement technique to obtain optical properties of a sample material by means of the reflected light waves. The technique measures a relative change in polarization and is therefore not dependent on absolute in-tensity as long as the absolute intensity is sufficient.
