9 Engagedby a clienton a processof administering the constructioncontractand over-seeingand/orinspectingthe works,to the extentof the consultingengineer'sengagement,for the purposeof verificationthat the worksare beingcompletedinaccordancewith the requirementsof the contractthat the designsare beingcorrectlyinterpretedand that appropriateconstructiontechniquesare beingutili sed.
