We recommend placing thelenses on chequered milimetre paper as a background. 9 Protect the front side of the lensesand the markings for the drillingtemplate with conventionaltransparent adhesive Preparation assembly holes10 Attach double-sided adhesive tapeto the drilling do this place the centre point of the drilling template on the nasal marking and on the front side of the lens and align it with theauxiliary line. 1. 3 2. Drill holes14 Cut off approx. 3 cm of the rubberthread provided in the assemblybox, immerse it in instant adhesiveand insert it into the blind hole. We recommend the use of theinstant adhesive Loctite 406 .3. Attachment of the damping pad on the earpiece side15 Allow the instant adhesive to dry, then cut off approx. mm abovethe lense with a sharp knife, edgecutters or a pair of greenSilhouette disconnecting pliers. 3. Attachment of the damping pad on the earpiece side16 Push the plastic sleeves (BLS 63) through the holes in the lens fromthe back and cut off according to the thickness of the remove the conventionaladhesive tape!4. Assembly17 Clean the lens and press theframe element fully into theplastic sleeves using theassembly pliers (red cheek).Place the adjustable cheek of thepliers onto the head of theplastic sleeves (BLS 63).4. Assembly18 Attach the protective film (conventional adhesive tape) to therear side of the lens near the BLS.

4 Pull out the BLS from theback using the green Silhouette disassembly pliers. Removethe protective film. BE CAREFUL NOT to damage the barbed hooks!5. DisassemblyBLS disassembly pliers P0004
