BY JOINING YOU AGREE TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, THIS Agreement shall specify the terms and conditions under which Evertek offers its products andservices. TERMS No price protection or rotation of shares: Evertek does not offer any kind of share price protection or rotation. We often drop prices suddenly and without notice. We diligently strive to provide as accurate information as possible. However, since the supplier of the product provides allspecifications and descriptions, we do not provide any assurance expressed or implied as to the accuracy of the information, including price, descriptions, specifications and/or quantities. 2 Minimum order : We sell only in bulk. The minimum order is $ For orders under $ , there's a $ surcharge. (International orders require $1,000 minimum) domestic terms of sale: New domestic accounts are usually placed under credit card terms (weaccept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.) For existing COD customers, we use the warranty service to check all COD Company Check shipments. 5 You are strongly advised to carry separate input insurance. Shipments for computer products are classified as tariff , and transport companies have limited liability of $ perpound if the box is lost or damaged. That means if you lose a 30lb box. containing (10) hard drives (worth $ each box has a value of $800), the request will pay out only $ x 30lbs = $ It is for this reason that we strongly suggest that you have insurance that will cover you for such asituation. You pay shipping costs: when you order , after you reach the final confirmation page, we will immediately send you a confirmation of your order . If you discover any errors, contact us immediately. 6 Evertek also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee (which we may also waive).Direct manufacturer guarantees: If there is a direct manufacturer's guarantee, we require you to return the unit directly to the manufacturer, unless the unit was a DOA (within 7 days of receipt). Warranty limitations: Evertek cannot guarantee an object that has been improperly used or physically :RMA numbers are valid from 14 days after exit. After you have received the RMA number, send the item(s) immediately. Fitness of Purpose: Evertek cannot guarantee any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We recommend that customers evaluate the sample unit to determine theircriteria whether the product will work in their configuration. In the world of computers there are many products that can be incompatible with a particular brand or certain parts. In cases like this, it is your responsibility to resell the product to the standard application in which the part will work.

Defective products: Any damage resulting from a defective product is limited to the refund of the purchase price. Defective items will be replaced by a repaired or restored unit (even for DOAs). If the replacementunit is not available within 30 days, we will issued a credit memo. Loans expire 6 months after the issuance date. The credit memo can be returned if it is not used on the order for 30 days. A refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. RMA loans are product-only andDO NOT include any reimbursement for shipping costs. All sales are final: All sales are final. Product returns, except with defect, are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Refund is not allowed after 14 days after receipt. 48-hour recovery start: Refunds are allowed, but only within the first 48 hours afterreceipt, for all orders that are not as expected.

8 Refunds after this period of time are at the full discretion of Evertek and will bear a substantial restitution charge. Damaged items or missing parts: Damaged items or missing parts/non-advertised accessories must be reported within 7 working days of receiptof the product. WARRANTY REPAIR: All items sent back for warranty repair must be poorly tested before returning the part. We will charge a service fee if we find the returned item in working order . Faulty item return: The customer must carefully package the defective items that are returned, as if theywere new and working, with all the parts and accessories originally included. IF YOU DO NOT, the RMA and warranty may be voided. LIMITED WARRANTY: Warranties may be limited to some items. Check our sales literature and account to confirm that the warranty is expected.
