1 Expression of interest to participate on the Limpopo Department of Education (ldoe) and Limpopo Economic Development Agency (leda). school sanitation maintenance (pit emptying and cleaning) programme. Background: LEDA is a parastatal of the Limpopo Economic Development Environment and Tourism (LEDET) mandated to provide developmental support to SMMEs and Co-operatives with an endeavour to maximize economic growth and development in the province. Limpopo Department of Education has entered into an agreement with LEDA to implement the Schools Sanitation Maintenance Programme through the use of Co- operatives in Limpopo Province. Eligible co-operatives are therefore requested to express interest in the programme based on the following criteria: Members of the Co-operative must have business experience of at least two years in building maintenance and cleaning services Members of the Co-operative must reside within the identified locality (circuit) of interest The Co-operative must be compliant with all statutory requirements ( have legal registration documents, valid tax clearance certificate, valid Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment.)
