2 (2) Prudent operator in compliance with licence to operate requirements, ensure safety, production, Plant integrity and process safety, availability, utilization, energy consumption, cost, emergency response, and product(s) quality targets to support yearly and longer-term plans and objectives for gross margin and profitability of the business are achieved or exceeded; (3) Apply management of change methodology to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement to deliver and enhance business competitiveness; (4) Ensure effective collaboration between departments and functions in a matrix organization with the vertical line to deliver expected outcomes; (5) Ensure proper organizational capacity for business continuity including mentoring and developing staff with special emphasis on Oman nationals; with the ultimate goal to meet or exceed production targets.

8 NGL Plant Manager 3 and mission of the business Manage and drive development of annual O&M Plan to support Five-Year Plan as part of Business Planning cycle through Operations Director Budget Planning & Control Manage and drive budget planning and cost control across the Asset Manage and drive development of budget for routine operations and planned turnaround to support O&M Plan Manage and drive monitoring and control of OPEX and CAPEX costs against Budget according to set Finance guidelines and standards Manage identification of opportunities then drive cost reductions and performance improvements accordingly Metrics and targets set by JSC through Operations Director Production Manage and supervise daily, weekly and monthly coordination with OGC Operations and Orpic Operations for Rich Gas import, Lean Gas export.

9 And NGL export Drive maximum production and Extraction efficiency through structural reliability improvement using Orpic reliability framework and Area Reliability Committee Metrics and targets set by JSC through Operations Director Availability Manage and drive maximum availability of the Facilities to achieve or exceed production targets Metrics and targets set by JSC through Operations Director Utilization Manage and drive efficient utilization of the Facilities by monitoring and controlling variables such as chemicals and similar consumables, water and power requirements, machinery, manpower, etc.
