2 Calendars are updated after the commencements schedule is released. Given the COVID-19 situation, all plans are uncertain. Check with your student's school for the latest information. The Fayette County Board of Education approved this calendar on May 21, 2018. The board revised it on March 9, 2020 to add May 27-28 as make-up days for Feb. 6-7 when schools closed for widespread illness. The board also revised this calendar on April 27, 2020 to designate May 19 (formerly off for Primary Elections) as an NTI day and set May 27 as the last day of classes, as the district will have fulfilled the state-required instructional hours.

3 The calendar is subject to change, pending legislation and/or statute requirements. Visit for the latest. * Make-up days are scheduled at the superintendent's discretion, and FCPS online calendars are updated after each official announcement.
