FINAL EXAMINATION TIMETABLE JUNE 2017 - OCR

1 Cambridge and RSAGCSE (INCLUDING PILOTS), ENTRY LEVEL CERTIFICATE, LEVEL 2 AWARD, PRINCIPAL LEARNING LEVEL 2 UNITS, PROJECT LEVELS 1 & 2, LEVEL 1 & 2 CERTIFICATE AND CAMBRIDGE NATIONALSFINAL EXAMINATION TIMETABLE june 2017 FINAL version of the timetableChanges made since the publication of the provisional TIMETABLE are shown in times of examinationsThe published starting time of all examinations is either am or pm. Each EXAMINATION must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the may change the starting time of an EXAMINATION within the scheduled morning or afternoon session without notifying OCR but candidates must start morning examinations no earlier than am and by am and afternoon examinations no earlier than pm and by with more than one EXAMINATION in a session should take these consecutively.

2 A supervised break may be given between examinations taken consecutively at the discretion of the centre. Centres may decide the order in which to conduct examinations for candidates taking more than one EXAMINATION in a the examinationCandidates must remain under supervision until am for morning examinations and until pm for afternoon examinations. For examinations of less than one hour s duration, candidates must be supervised until the published finishing time of the EXAMINATION or 30 minutes after the published starting time, whichever is deviationsIf you need to arrange overnight supervision, the forms do not need to be returned to OCR but must be completed and held in your centre records.

3 When a change is made to the published starting time of an EXAMINATION , it is the responsibility of the centre to inform all candidates affected by the TIMETABLE ToolThe exams TIMETABLE tool contains dates for OCR, AQA, Pearson and WJEC examinations. It is available via The Exams Office website, and can be used to search, collate, export and print TIMETABLE information. Please note that you will need to be a member to access the information.
