Therefore, if you have the capability to upload your Financial statements in.

4 TXT file format via your group web page, we encourage you to do so for these reasons and to avoid Statement processing fees associated with manual data entry of files received in other formats, including PDF and Excel. If you have questions, please contact your group coordinator. It is important to make note of your Composite Run Date so you are prepared to send us your Statement by 12:00 Central Time on the day prior to your composite run date. Manufacturer Electronic Data Transmission NCM has obtained permission from certain manufacturers to receive dealership operating Statement data directly from them. This will benefit your dealership in receiving faster, more accurate services and will eliminate the need for you to send your Financial Statement to our office each month.

America: Audi, Chrysler, GM, Hyundai, Infiniti, Kia, Nissan or Subaru Canada: Audi, BMW (R&R only), GM or Chrysler Uploading Financial Statements If you are unable to send us your Financial Statement through a Manufacturer Data Transmission, then you can upload your Financial Statement directly to NCM. Look for details in the applicable sections of this Guide . Supplemental Data In order to make your composite more useful, we include some data that is not included in your Financial Statement .

6 The Financial Statement supplement, which will furnish us this information, is available online and we ask that you submit them each month. Refer to the section Submitting Your Financial Statement Supplement, for complete details. Website Reporting Forms Website Reporting Forms are utilized to capture the necessary information to generate composites for industry specific groups who do not submit Financial statements to NCM. The Website Reporting Form is located online. Refer to the section Submitting Your Website Reporting Form, for complete details. Uploading for Multiple Services If you are using the same Financial Statement for multiple services, you need only upload your Financial Statement once.

7 Manufacturer Electronic Data Transmissions NCM Associates Financial Statement Submission Guide 4 Manufacturer Electronic Data Transmissions GM Dealer Business Intelligence Third Party Data Access You may authorize NCM Associates as a third-party vendor with access to your Financial Statement by following the steps below. (This includes the operating report as well as dashboard and trend assessment statistics.) Please be sure to send your BAC Code to your group coordinator once NCM Associates has been authorized. To ensure the following options are available, please make sure the user is operating with the assigned roles of: Dealer and Business/Accounting Manager or Comptroller. 1) From the Business Administration workbench, select the link for Dealer Business Intelligence (DBI)/FACTS, located under the Financial Operating Reports heading.

8 2) Select the Administration tab in the menu on the left side of the screen. 3) There is a link for Maintain Vendor Authorizations, select this and authorize NCM Associates, Inc. and SAVE. General Motors of Canada Limited Third Party Data Access 1) Click on the Administration tab in the menu on the left side of the screen. 2) Select Maintain Vendor Authorization. Chrysler You can authorize Chrysler to send us your Financial Statement in an overnight transmission through your DealerCONNECT system by clicking on the My Dealership > Network > Financial Statement > Financial Statement Entry > Dealer Consulting > select forms (NCM or NADA) > Resend (hover over and you can select to send the last 12 months) If you would like more comprehensive instructions, please contact your moderator/coordinator.

9 Please note that these transmissions only occur nightly; therefore, you must transmit your Statement to Chrysler by 5 EST the day prior to your composite run date. Please be sure to send your Dealer Code to your group coordinator once you have authorized NCM Associates in your system. Infiniti and Nissan You can authorize Infiniti Division of Nissan North America, Inc., and Nissan North America, Inc. to send us your Financial Statement in an overnight transmission by completing the Release Authorization form attached to the Guide . Please note that these transmissions only occur once per evening; therefore, you must transmit your Statement at least a day prior to your composite run date.

10 Audi, Canadian Audi, Canadian BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru Because these manufacturers use NCM Associates as their data aggregator to create national dealer benchmarks, we will obtain your Statement each month from the manufacturer data-push process to create your composite reports and other program-related Benchmark tools. Please complete the Authorization Form attached to the Guide to acknowledge this process. Please note that these transmissions only occur once per evening; therefore, you must transmit your Statement at least a day prior to your composite run date. However, you may choose to submit a different Financial Statement ; in this event, please submit your Financial Statement using your preferred method as outlined in this Guide (see Methods of Submitting Your Financial Information ).
