2 Documentation of training is to be submitted with the required Application for FIRESAFETY INSPECTOR CERTIFICATION Examination (DFS-K4-1023), Personal Inquiry Waiver (DFS-K4-1020), along with all other supporting documents, at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled test date. Please note, the FIRESAFETY INSPECTOR I application requires that you submit fingerprints (digitally) Refere nc e: , .C. NOTE: Instructions for Processing Digital Fingerprints through Five courses (40 hour minimum each) are required for CERTIFICATION .
