1 Frederic Eric Seifer, MD: Chief Physician Executive, Innovation and Transformation Contact : // In addition to serving AHI as Chief Physician Executive, Innovation and Transformation, Dr. Seifer presently serves as Medical Director of Public Health for St. Lawrence Health System. He is also a Population Health Network (PHN) leader in the St. Lawrence County region. Prior to assuming his current roles, he served as Medical Advisor for Pulmonary Health Innovation for Community Health Systems in Nashville.

2 A recognized thought leader in pulmonary health care, Dr. Seifer s research interests and experience include smoking cessation, pulmonary rehabilitation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchiectasis and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. He has served as a member of a number of state and federal government, and private sector advisory committees. After receiving his medical degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Dr. Seifer completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois in Chicago.

3 Dr. Seifer was a recipient of an NIH-supported Research Pulmonary Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.
