BOOTH EQUIPMENTEach 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high black back drape, 3' high black side drape and a 7" x 44" two-line identification sign (except International Pavilion Exhibitors).In addition to the items listed above, a booth package is available to Specialty Food Association members at no additional cost provided the enclosed Complimentary Booth Package Order Form is filled out and returned by the deadline date of January 6, 2022. The booth package includes two 6' undraped tables, two side chairs, one wastebasket and one 10' x 10' black carpet.

3 Please refer to the Complimentary Booth Package Order signs will be permitted in the International and Member booths. All exhibitors must have prior approval from Specialty Food Association and follow guidelines outlined within the show rules and regulations relating to appropriate booth Specialty Food Association will once again be providing complimentary Porter Service for all exhibitors. This means that the trash cans in your booth will be emptied throughout the night cleaning is included at no cost for all booths.

4 This means that your booth will be vacuumed the night or morning before the show opening. Vacuuming for all other days and during the show hours must be ordered through Freeman . Please note that electrical service is not included in your booth equipment but to accommodate possible power requirements, electrical outlets will be installed in every inline booth. An audit will be conducted by electricians and on-site charges will apply if the electrical service is utilized without an order on file. Please refer to the Electrical Order HANDLING PACKAGEFor member exhibitors, the SFA covers the cost of 100lbs of material handling for each 10'x10' booth they occupy ("material handling" is the handling cost for freight delivered via loading docks to your booth by Freeman ).

5 ADDITIONAL MEMBER BENEFIT: For member exhibitors, SFA will cover the cost of an additional 100 lbs of material handling per 10'x10' booth, for all linear booths up to 400 sf (10'x10', 10'x20', 10'x30', 10'x40'). The value of this service for the upcoming Winter Show is $.91 per lb. of freight, based on the showsite rate for freight delivered directly to the show.* Example: a 10'x30' booth will receive 600 lbs of complimentary material handling at the $.91 per lb. rate for atotal value of $ This program cannot be used in combination with the Exhibitor Driven Vehicle (EDV) Program.

6 *Exhibitors who choose to ship to the advance warehouse will be charged at the advance warehouse rate of $.93 per lb. and willbe responsible for the difference in cost. 9 Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for shipping your exhibit at the close of the SERVICE HOURSOur Exhibitor Support team will be available from 8 - 5 from the first day of Exhibitor Move-in to the last day of Exhibitor Move-out. Hours may be extended the day before show open and the day of show close to assist with additional exhibitor SHOW PAPERWORK AND LABELSE xhibitor Support will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and labels in advance.

10 Complete the Outbound Shipping form and your paperwork will be available at show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for shipping your exhibit at the close of the TRASH AND BOOTH ABANDONMENTAny excessive trash which consists of display materials, carpet, padding, crates and/or pallets will be disposed of and charged both a handling fee and disposal fee during exhibitor move-in. Excessive booth materials and/or literature left in the booth at the end of the published exhibitor move-out that is not labeled for an outbound shipment will be considered abandoned and deemed as trash.
