6 13. What happens when I lose my share certificate? Please contact Computershare. They will assist you with the completion of a letter of indemnity which will come at a cost to the shareholder. Once the letter of indemnity is completed and the necessary fee paid, a duplicate share certificate will be issued. To avoid unnecessary costs, keep your share certificate in a safe place or dematerialise your shares which will then be held for you via your Central Securities Depository Participant (CSDP) or broker. Types of instructions we can receive for notification that a certificate is lost e-mail, fax and post.

Dividends that are not claimed within 5 years of payment are forfeited to the company. 17. Who should I contact if I have lost a dividend cheque? If you have lost an historic dividend cheque you should contact our transfer secretary as soon as possible, confirming which payment has been lost.
