To unsubscribe to Flash News send a blank e-mail to TCU Carmen, Clerks and Supervisors Overwhelmingly Ratify Contracts With New Jersey Transit TCU/IAM members on New Jersey Transit have overwhelmingly ratified new contracts with New Jersey Transit, with yes votes ranging from 90% to 94%. Voter turnout was high in all three TCU/IAM crafts ARASA, Carmen and Clerical. The successful vote follows similar yes votes by every union that has completed ratification Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way (BMWED), International Association of Machinists (IAM), International Brotherhood of Boilermakers (IBB), International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), SMART-Mechanical, and SMART-Yardmasters. The other unions in the Coalition have not completed their ratification processes yet.
