To whom it may concern, TPR2 Fireshell , Structuresavior , Firesafe , and Temprotex coatings are acceptable for use as an Incidental Food Contact material as defined in requirements set forth by the USDA when used in construction and repair for federally inspected meat and poultry plants. The coating is safe and effective under the intended conditions of use. This acceptance is based on compliance with USDA Regulations and policies, Construction & Repair', Incidental Food Contact '. Letters of guaranty are not required to be furnished to federally inspected establishments when applying TPR2 Fireshell , Structuresavior , Firesafe , and Temprotex coatings on surfaces not in direct Contact with food. Any Mold inhibiting antimicrobial agents used are within the limits established by EPA.
