They have similar machine bases but dif fer in packet size, flexibilit y, and output characteristics.
6 The t ype 8345 packs a range of filling weights bet ween 100 and 1000 g in various packet shapes, with an output of up to 90 packets per minute. The special execution 8345 K with integrated car toner allows the wrapper bag to be introduced in an open folding box which is closed af ter filling . This option is par ticularly recommended for sof t products (processed cheese, fresh cheese). The more compact t ype 8380 is limited to filling weights of 50 to 250 g which are packed at an output of up to 110 units per of dosing stationWrapper bag forming and rotary tableWrapping material feedFunction principleThe wrapping material is fed from the reel, cut laterally and placed into a cell in the turn-table, where it forms an open wrapper bag.
7 The pasty product, of pumpable consistency, is volumetrically dosed and filled into the wrapper bag. Finally, the packet is closed and calibrated, thus ensuring sharp execution 8 345 K with integrated cartoningThe carton blank is withdrawn from the magazine, erected and placed into the cell at an additional station in the turntable prior to the wrapper bag forming station. Wrapper bag forming, dosing, and final folding are the same procedures as described for the standard machine.
