There is no imposed time limit for this sample assessment, as it is intended as a teaching/learning tool to help prepare candidates for the actual Level 2 assessment. You need to put employees into two teams, plan activities and work out the cost for the day. Both teams must complete the same activities at the same time and all team members must take part in them. Each employee has a fitness Level score. Both teams must have similar combined fitness Level scores and include at least one manager.
