All equipment used for calibration of the DSA 6000 must be listed in the System Configuration with Brand, Model, Serial number and calibration due date. See Doc# 0210740 for further infor-mation. In the pool calibration kit there will be a USB stick with a file for easy importing the data for the kit to the DSA.
2 Importing data files to the DSA is done from the main menu screen of the System Configuration. The configuration file ( ) can also be downloaded from the GTO web site in the Calibra-tion Service section. Point to the file and right-click and choose: Save target Click Import and select the Calibration file on the USB memory stick. GN ReSound, January 2016 Click Open will import all Calibration Kit data to the System Configuration.
3 Yearly Calibration. The Yearly calibration is performed according to Doc# 0210740. When calibration is done a copy of the DSA 6000 calibration report and Calibration backup file must be reported to GTO. These two files can either be stored on the USB memory stick before returning the kit to GTO or via e-mail to: Create a Calibration backup file. A calibration backup file make sure the system can be restored in case the calibration file on the DSA system is corrupted. This file is created or restored to the system through the System Configuration > Maintenance Tasks.

Returning the kit to GTO pool. When returning the kit please make sure all instruments and cables are returned. Please return in the same condition you want to receive it in. Calibration certificates for the instruments in the pool calibration kit is available in DSA 6000 Calibration Services section in the GTO Services area on the GTO web site. The GTO calibration Service contains two parts. The certificates for the equipment used in the calibration pool kits and a section with the calibration back up services provided by GTO. 6 GN ReSound, January 2016 On the Equipment calibrations page are listed all the certificates for the instruments used in the DSA 6000 calibrations. They can be downloaded or viewed when needed. The DSA Calibrations pages is a storage page containing Yearly calibration reports and calibra-tion backup files. Storing these information are voluntary and reports and backup files must be mailed to GTO for uploading to the page.
