8 If you encounter technical problems in regards to your Hardware , please refer to the manufacturer s warranty. We encourage users to choose an IT support company/individual as they can provide assistance readily. If necessary, Plexia can be available for $100/hr. but our response time to these services may vary depending on our strongly recommend computer systems to have up-to-date anti-virus software and anti-spyware programs. Plexia is not responsible for any problems caused by viruses, spyware or any programs installed by the end-user. We leave the installation and choice of anti-virus at our client s discretion.

9 Plexia does not provide delivery and on-site setup services to locations that outside the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. As such, we provide a no-setup credit, depending on the amount of Hardware ordered.
