1 HD AccuTrac kits Firestone Building Products | Sales: (800) 428-4442 | Technical (800) 428-4511 | TIS #1016 5/29/2018 Page 1 of 2 Description: The HD AccuTrac kits are specifically designed to be used in roofing applications for the attachment of insulation to steel and wood roof decks with OMG AccuTrac installation equipment. A kit consists of both Heavy-Duty fasteners and insulation plates for the AccuTrac tool. The AccuTrac system provides consistent vertical and depth setting of fasteners. 2 Lock the screw gun trigger in the ON position. Using the lock will keep the screw gun running cooler. Drop one screw, point down, into the feeder tube, fully compress the AccuTrac tool to allow a plate to be ejected from the stack and moved into position to drive the screw through the AccuTrac plate until it contacts the deck. Continue to hold down on the tool until the plate is fully seated. Allow the tool to retract to its original position. Pull the tool back on its wheels, push it to the next plate position on the roof and repeat. Storage: Store in original, unopened packaging protected from the weather. Precautions: Eye protection must be worn during the installation of fasteners.

3 The AccuTrac fasteners and plates are designed exclusively for use in the OMG AccuTrac tool. Using other fasteners or plates in the AccuTrac tool will not work and may damage the tool.
