HOMELESS SERVICE OUTCOMES AND REASONS FOR RE-ENTRY
Local and national evaluations of the federal Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) have also examined long-term outcomes for those receiving homeless services. As part of the HPRP demonstration study, HUD awards funds to 23 urban communities for the purpose of implementing and evaluating RRH programs.
