Your employees will in turn be able to log into a secure Online profile where they can apply for leave, update personal details or download copies of their historic payslips. They can access their profiles from a traditional desktop internet browser or mobile phone. You don t need to recapture any of the information submitted Online any masterfile updates, leave applications and travel claims will be sent directly to your payroll. 2. How do I make use of this Online Service ?

2 If you are a sage Pastel Payroll & HR 5-in-1 subscriber or you have purchased the self Service module previously, follow these steps to get your employees data Online . After you have installed sage Pastel Payroll & HR 2015 Update 3, open your payroll company. The following message will display: Click Yes to continue with the setup. If you select No, you may access the setup at a later stage from Profile. The following message will display: Carefully read through the terms and conditions before you agree to them. Click OK. Complete all the fields on the Setup screen: Once your Administrator profile is successfully created, go to Employees to send your employee masterfile and company information to your secure, Online profile.
