1 How To: Reset Your Password 1. Firstly, go to and click on the LOGIN icon. 2. Once you are on the Login page, please click on the link with the following If you have forgotten your Password , click here and follow the instructions . How To: Reset Your Password 3. Then insert either your Supporter Number/Membership Number/Client ID (which can be found on the back of your season ticket/membership card next to MEM) or alternatively the email address that is linked to your Millwall Tickets account. 4. If you have successfully entered your correct details linked to your account, you should receive the below message. If you have any issues at this stage, please contact the Ticket Office using the Contact Us form. How To: Reset Your Password 5. You should then receive a Password Reset email to the email address linked to your Millwall Tickets account, please click on Reset Password .
2 You have 30 minutes to follow the link and Reset your Password . If you are unable to Reset your Password within the 30 minutes, please go back and follow the steps above. 6. You now need to create a new Password (this can be the same Password you used on the previous website), please ensure that you use the specified criteria. 7. You should then receive the below page if your Password fits the specified criteria. Please then click on Log in . How To: Reset Your Password 8. Simply login using your Supporter Number/Membership Number/Client ID or email address along with your new Password . 9. Your Password is now Reset !
