3 Hydra-Oil Synthetics provide aheavier, more stable protective oil film forbearings and pistons than is provided bysimilar SAE-grade mineral oils. Synthetics areoffered in two grades:5W30 cold-temperature severe-duty15W50 high-temperature severe-dutyHydra-Oil Food GradeHydra-Oil food grade is specially formulatedfor food service industry applications. Hydra-Oil food grade is USDA approved for H-1application (incidental food contact) andcomplies fully with the requirements of FDA21 CFR Hydra-Oil food grade oilis offered in 20-wt, 30-wt and EPDM CompatibleHydra-Oil EPDM compatible isformulated for EPDM diaphragms and mustbe used in all pumps containing EPDM diaphragms.
