3 If you answer the question correctly, you will be redirected to change your password . If you answer the question incorrectly, another question will be randomly selected. If you answer that question incorrectly, a third question will be selected. If you answer the third question incorrectly, the system will lock your account. If your account is locked, please contact the IT Service Desk at 1-800-611-4736. Click Change password . F Operation was successful. Click Ok.
