Introduction This document covers the total ICT Infrastructure specifications as required by Department of Health KwaZulu Natal. All new network Infrastructure installations as well as upgrades to existing infrastructures must fully comply with this specification as a minimum. It is to be noted that not all the specifications in this document need to be adhered to, in order to deliver a technically correct installation, however this detail will be negotiated with the Department and will be described and agreed upon in the URS, before the planning and execution of a task.
