Improvements to Interstate 30 Require Lane Closure in Hot Spring County LITTLE ROCK (5-23) -- Crews performing repairs on Interstate 30 will require a lane closure next week in Hot Spring County, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials. The work will require closing the westbound outside lane of Interstate 30, between mile markers 101 and 103, just east of Malvern.
