1 Instructions for Carriers/Vendors using to receive and respond to load tenders Set-Up Requirements The carrier must have Internet access. If the carrier uses any kind of email filters, they will need to add to the safe senders list. There is a portion of the web site that will not operate if a user has the popup blocker turned on. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on the PC. The carrier can log onto the website In the upper left corner they can create a new account by clicking the Register button and completing the following table. When all required fields have been entered select the Submit button. From the following screen, log onto the site using the Email/Login and Password you entered on the Account Registration screen. 2 You may choose a sort sequence, or search for a specific Load number. Check the box in the Accept column and click Accept All Checked in order to accept the load terms. Optionally, indicate whether the load is Available for Reloading and your Desired Destination after the load is delivered. To see detailed load information, expand the row by clicking the down arrow in the details column. You may also view a PDF of the tender sheet by clicking in the Printable Load Detail column. If you have comments you would like to submit and/or update the load with your actual pickup and delivery times, fill in the boxes and click the Submit Changes button. Many times, this additional information is entering by selecting a previously accepted load within your accepted loads view.
