Objectives: 1. Describe how the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Command and Management component supports the management of EXPANDING INCIDENTS .

2 2. Describe the incident/event management process for supervisors and EXPANDING INCIDENTS as prescribed in the ICS. 3. Implement the incident management process on a simulated Type 3 incident. 4. Develop an Incident Action Plan for a simulated incident. Course Curriculum Structure: Module 1 - Course Overview Module 2 - ICS Fundamentals Review Module 3 - Incident/Event Assessment & Incident Objectives Module 4 - Unified Command Module 5 - Incident Resource Management Module 6 - Planning Process Module 7 - Demobilization, Transfer of Command, & Closeout Prerequisite: The prerequisite to enroll in this course is verified completion of the ICS Basic (I-200) ICS for Single Resources & Initial Action INCIDENTS .
