Intermodal Rules Circular Overview Purpose The purpose of this Norfolk Southern (NS) Intermodal Rules Circular is to state the terms and conditions of NS s offer of Intermodal transportation. It also includes Intermodal shipment information. Specifically covered are: Type of Information General Description Contract terms Rules that must be followed, and operational requirements defining the limits of what may or may not be done.
