IPC Snowboard Competitions Season 2016/2017

1 Version 01 July 2016 IPC Snowboard Competitions Season 2016 / 2017 Athletes who have achieved qualification criteria from 1 July 2016 onwards maintain qualification status for the entire competition Season . Athletes who achieve qualification criteria during the competition Season will maintain the qualification for the remainder of that competition Season . Athlete must be internationally classified with either a Confirmed sport class status or a Review sport class status with a review date after the 2016 / 2017 Season . 1. IPC Snowboard World Cups For Snowboard Cross: Men must have World Cup points in the Snowboard Cross; or be within 300% of the race-time in at least one Snowboard Cross Continental Cup. Women must have World Cup points in the Snowboard Cross; or be within 300% of the race-time in at least one Snowboard Cross Continental Cup.

2 For Banked Slalom: Men must have World Cup points in the Snowboard Cross or Banked Slalom; or be within 300% of the Race-time in at least one Snowboard Cross or Banked Slalom Continental Cup. Women must have World Cup points in the Snowboard Cross or Banked Slalom; or be within 300% of the Race-time in at least one Snowboard Cross or Banked Slalom Continental Cup. NOTE: For the first IPC Snowboard World Cup in the competition Season , the World Cup ranking from the previous Season will define eligibility criteria for participation. Race-time is the average of the first three best times = zero level per gender, independent of the athletes class and level 2. IPC Snowboard Continental Cup IPC Snowboard Continental Cups will remain open for all athletes with a valid IPC Snowboard licence and classification status.
