• Almost all tertiary students (96%) enrol in public institutions (Figure 2). Students in bachelor’s programmes are typically enrolled between the ages of 19 and 21 with enrolment rates reaching 53% among 19-20 year-olds and 39% among 21-22 year-olds, some of the highest rates across OECD and partner countries.
