2 Learn to properly operate inspection equipment and use inspection tools to evaluate product compliance to customer specifications. Complete other tasks assigned by management. Maintain appropriate throughput in QC departments on a departmental and individual employee perspective. Measures of Success: Safety: measured by department compliance with Photo Stencil s Safety Policies and by the number of department accidents and injuries. quality : measured as department compliance with quality management system requirements and accuracy of work. Productivity: measured by completion of projects and departmental throughput. Housekeeping: measured by periodic, management conducted, department audits and maintaining a tour ready appearance. Documentation: measured by accuracy of department logs and paperwork. Communication: measured by the timely communication of department events and activities to manager and as appropriate, to co-workers and direct reports.

3 R-622-022 Minimum Qualification: Entry level or experienced in quality control. Prefer some familiarity with ISO protocols. Must be trainable to use quality improvement tools normally associated with improvement efforts. Adept at using various measuring devices. Must be computer literate.
