8 ,ifpossible,atthetimeofthechild ,thecourt,department,oragencyshallconsid eranyhistoryofabusewithinthechild :(1)Evidencetherewasanevaluationoftheapp ropriatenessofthechild seducationalsettingwhileinplacementandof thesetting sproximitytotheeducationalsettinginwhich thechildwasenrolledatthetimeofplacement. (2)Anassuranceeitherthatthedepartmentcoo rdinatedwithappropriatelocaleducationala genciestoidentifyhowthechildcouldremaini ntheeducationalsettinginwhichthechildwas enrolledatthetimeofplacementor,ifitwasde termineditwasnotinthechild sbestinteresttoremaininthatsetting,thatt heaffectededucationalagencieswouldimmedi atelyandappropriatelyenrollthechildinano thereducationalsettingduringthechild splacementandensurethatthechild.
