The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Bengaluru is the designated agency of Government of Karnataka conducting Online / Offline Counseling for allotment of seats for admission to Post Graduate Degree / Diploma Courses in Medical / Dental subjects in Government Medical and Dental colleges, Government Quota seats in Private and Minority Medical and Dental Colleges and Private seats in Private Medical and Dental colleges (KPCF, KRLMPCA, AMPCK & Private Universities) located in the State of Karnataka for the academic year 2021-22.
2 These admissions in the State of Karnataka are as per the provisions of Karnataka Conduct of Entrance Test for Selection and Admission to Post Graduate Medical and Dental Degree and Diploma Courses Rules 2006 as amended from time to time and as per the guidelines of MCI / DCI / Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, GOI / Government of India / Director Medical Education, Karnataka / PG. Entrance Test Committee and orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on the conduct of Centralized Counseling for the seats to be notified by the Karnataka State Government, in Government, KPCF, KRLMPCA, AMPCK and private university institutions. The candidates who have scored more than or equal to the prescribed minimum score in NEET- PG 2021 / NEET MDS 2021only are eligible to register for PG Admissions. Please note that SC/ST/OBC. eligibility criteria are applicable to Karnataka SC/ST/OBC candidates only. PWD Reservations: Eligibility for Benchmark Disabilities is as per the Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016.
3 Refer PWD reservation is applicable to Karnataka candidates only. The candidates, who have already obtained the PWD certificates in the prescribed format and submitted at All India counseling, can produce the same. Those who may be eligible under PWD but not obtained the certificate as mentioned above, needs to obtain disability certificate and to be produced to consider provisionally under PWD. Further, the candidates have to attend the medical examination compulsorily on the dates notified later. NOTE: Before applying under PWD, ensure that you are eligible as per the Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016. Candidates are advised to go through the user manual in the registration portal while filling the online registration form given at c. Candidate shall ensure that all information entered during the online registration process are correct. d. Online information provided by candidates like name of candidate, contact address details, category, PWD status, educational qualification details, date of birth etc during online submission of application form for NEET-PG 2021 will be treated as correct and KEA will not entertain, under any circumstances, any request for change. KEA disclaims any liability that may arise to candidate(s). due to incorrect information provided by the candidate during online registration process.
10 E. KEA does not edit / modify / alter any information entered by the candidates at the time of online submission of application form under any circumstances. In the event of any clarification regarding the eligibility the provisions of Karnataka Conduct of Entrance Test for Admission to Post Graduate Medical and Dental Degree and Diploma courses, Rules 2006 as amended from time to time shall prevail and the decision of Government /Karnataka Examinations Authority / Entrance Test committee shall be final. f. Candidature is purely provisional and subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria as mentioned in the NEET-PG 2021 / NEET MDS 2021 Information Bulletin further the provisional admission made is subject to approval of MCI / DCI / Government / Competent Authority / Universities / Apex Bodies etc. Mere registering or uploading the documents or downloading the provisionally verified slip does not confer any right to the candidates for admission to Karnataka PG MD / MS / Diploma courses.
