1 KONICA MINOLTA C203/C253/C353 PRINT SETUP INSTRUCTIONSSTEP 1 - DRIVER: Download the driver from Make sure that you can locate the downloaded file by saving the file to your desktop or downloads 2A MAC OSX COMPUTERS: Run the downloaded driver file and delete it once the install has completed. Click the Apple Icon in the top left corner of your screen and select System Preferences. Select PRINT & Fax. You should see a list of printers currently installed on your Mac. Underneath the list, click the + icon to add a new printer. A new window should appear. Click IP or IP Printer found in the top bar of the window. Now we must enter some information about the printer.
2 The protocol should be set to LPD/Line Printer Daemon. In the IP Address field, enter the IP Address of the machine. The Queue field is left blank. In the Name field, enter KONICA MINOLTA c353 . The Location field is optional. It is recommended to enter the production or company name. The PRINT Using field should have auto filled out to KONICA MINOLTA c353 or similar. If the field information shows Generic Postscript Printer, then you must manually select the driver. Click PRINT Using and select the KONICA MINOLTA c353 driver from the list. Click Add. Now you will be asked about the machines installed options. Select whatever options your machine has and click Add.

Note where you have extracted the files too. Go to the folder where the files were extracted. Run the or if you have a 64bit Windows, run the Continue the installation until the installer searches for the copier. The installer should automatically locate the copier on the network. Checkmark the copier and click Next. If the installer could not locate the printer, select Specify the Printer and then click Refer to. Highlight IP Address/Hostname, enter the IP Address of the copier and then click OK.
4 Ignore any message you may get about the installer not locating the printer and continue by clicking OK. Next click Installation Settings. Uncheck the PCL version of the driver and checkmark the PS Version if it is not checkmarked already. Click Install to continue. When the installation is finished, highlight the PS version of the copier and click PRINT Test Page. Click Finish. Your SETUP is complete!
