TheHygienic range has tubes and fittings according to EN10357-A (DIN 11850), ISO 2037 and BS 4825. Tri-Clover Tri-Clamp and Tri-Weld Fittings are part of Alfa Laval s product lineproduced according to ASME BPE dimension is manufactured to Alfa Laval s stringent specifications,making it a perfect match for the Weld Fittings. 3 Alfa Laval offers a fullline of UltraPure Fittings that are manufactured in compliancewith the current ASME BPE Standard. All BPE items areindividually capped and bagged. All products are labelled witha bar code, product information and manufacturing date. Thisprovides the optimum identification and ensures that theproduct arrives to the job site in a clean orbital weld UltraPure product range offers an internal surface finishfrom Ra< m, either electro polished or mechanicallypolished. All product wetted stainless steel items in theUltraPure range are delivered with MTR (Mill Test Report) orwith certificate in accordance with EN 10204. TheUltraPure range is manufactured under extra strict andthorough quality control methods. Wall thickness integrity ismaintained by fabrication grade minimum wall tubing for allcold-formed tubular products. After cold forming, our tubeproduct is resized to ensure that the ovality falls within theprescribed tolerances.

4 End facing is provided with a machinedsquare-cut method. This allows for the most accurate andconsistent orbital weld result. All fittings are put through 100%visual inspection and ovality and squareness tolerances areinspected with calibrated equipment.
