The columns in the table present the following information: language : the nine Languages with underlines are recognized with the Cyrillic alphabet; the eighteen in red have dictionary support. Alternate names appear in square backets [thus]. Location: This indicates the principal areas where each language is spoken. !": This reflects the number of speakers. Broadly, ! has under half a million speakers, ! under 5 million, ! under 15 million and ! over 15 million.
